Perennial has 9-10″ Dark Green slight purple tinge in head. Harvest is May-June. Large, strong shoots and tight heads, known for it’s tenderness & flavor.
American Heirloom. Rust resistant. High branching habit allows for tall spears at harvest and a more compact summer plant. Allow three years to come into full production from seed.
