How long until I receive my order?

We typically ship in-stock orders within 1-3 business days. Depending on your shipping method, you’ll typically receive your order within 1 week. If you need it faster, choose “expedited” shipping at checkout.

When do you get new seed varieties?

Great question! Up here, in Minnesota, we only get seed inventory once each year. Typically, we have all our seeds in stock by the end of February. Available seeds remain in our online seed catalog through the end of the year, or until we sell out. Our seeds typically expire at the end of each calendar year, until each variety becomes available again with fresh seed.
Where do you get your heirloom seeds?

Our Heirloom Seeds are sourced from a variety of farms throughout the United States. These farms are as near as a few miles, and as far as each coast of the US. We’re located in MN with a short growing season, so certain seed varieties don’t grow well here, although our soil is incredibly fertile! We try to source locally as much as possible, but we also want to be able to carry a wide variety for all to enjoy!
Do you buy seed from Monsanto?

NO WAY! We started this seed venture with the idea in mind that our food system is broken. Our food should not come from factories and stores, it should come from the earth and our neighbors. Also, we sell exclusively non-GMO, heirloom seeds because it doesn’t make sense to modify the plethora of nutritious plant that have been put on this earth. Nature should be allowed to take its own course!
