LEEK, American Flag

Stems grow 10-15″ long and 2-3″ in diameter. Also called Giant Musselburh and Scotch Flag. Delicate onion flavor. Very hardy; overwinters well in most regions in both southern and northern states. Long broad necks are blanched by hilling. HEIRLOOM 1870.
